Sign Of Miscarriage But Not Bleeding?
Hello My wife has a miscarriage in her 14th week of pregnancy. I feel back pain. Abdominal pain / cramps. Nausea. Pain in the pelvic area occurs continuously but there is no bleeding. And if the y content is safe in fear the fetus will die inside and not come out.
Good evening, thanks for asking at HealthReplies.com. We understand your concern. The symptoms you mentioned could indeed be a sign of miscarriage. But especially without bleeding, it is very difficult to determine without direct examination.
Our advice, you should immediately bring your wife to the obstetrician, the nearest midwife or even a hospital emergency room if he seems very tormented with his condition, to find out about the possibility of miscarriage and further examination, for example by inspecting his genitals, or even with ultrasound whenever possible. Only then can we know whether a miscarriage has occurred, is still threatening, or this condition is caused by something other than a miscarriage, such as an infection, hormonal imbalance, and so on.
Meanwhile, help your wife by giving him high nutritious food, keep away from pollution, dust and cigarette smoke, compress his stomach with warm compresses, give warm water, adequate rest, and immediately consult a doctor. So, hopefully answering your question.
