Signs Of Heart Disease
Hello doc, I want to ask what are the wrong signs if someone has heart disease
p dir = "ltr"> Hello, thank you for asking at HealthReplies.com
The heart is a vital organ that functions to pump blood throughout the body. Blood contains nutrients and oxygen needed by body tissues as well as metabolic waste and carbon dioxide which must be released by the body. If heart disease occurs it will cause disruption of the function, so that the patient will experience chest pain, shortness of breath, palpitations, weakness, swelling in the legs and others, depending on the type and severity of the disruption experienced. Complaints of typical pain in heart disease are pain such as feeling overwritten by a heavy object, can disappear and spread to the shoulders, jaw, arm, hand and fingers of the left hand.
There are many types of heart disease, namely:
1. Coronary heart disease, which occurs due to blockages in the flow of coronary arteries (blood vessels that deliver blood to the heart muscle and other heart tissue).
2. Heart valve disease, can be in the form of stiffness of the valve so that it does not open perfectly or the weakness of the valve so that it cannot close completely.
3. Cardiomyopathy or a disease of the heart muscle, where the heart muscle thickens (hypertrophy) or thinning (overcame) so that it cannot pump blood normally. On chest X-ray, an enlarged heart size will appear
4. Arrhythmia or heart rhythm disorders, this condition occurs due to disruption of the heart's electrical conductivity.
5. Heart failure.
If you experience the above complaints, you can immediately go to the nearest hospital emergency room if the complaint is felt severe and very disturbing. However, if the complaint appears several times and is not so disturbing, you can consult a polyclinic or practice a cardiologist. If the complaint is occasional and doesn't bother you, for now you should just observe the progress of the complaint first and stay home. Maintain a healthy heart by doing a healthy lifestyle.
Thus hopefully useful
