Signs Of Menstruation Or Pregnancy?
Noon n nI want to ask nSy had my period this month, July 15 2018 on last July 4 I had a very bloated stomach 11 days before menstruation. And also I have no itchy vaginal discharge u0026amp; odorless (white / if seen from the CD is yellowish) which is rare “for example, I did not have 2 days of vaginal discharge then the next day I had vaginal discharge again (for 11 days) and just the day before menstruation I felt my vagina was moist and sorry every time waking up from lying down I often fart from the vagina.I want to ask whether flatulence 11 days before menstruation is a normal thing, whereas as far as I know the signs of menstruation can only be felt a week before menstruation, and whether the vaginal discharge is often intermittent (not routine) and farts from vagina is a sign of normal menstruation? And a few days before menstruation I also experience lower back pain such as pregnant people u0026amp; breast pain, body aches, weakness, often drowsiness, easy hunger. Are pain and stiffness in the lower back are the signs of menstruation? Because usually (months ago) the symptoms are not this bad. nPlease give a full explanation, I am very confused …
Hello Dian Fitria,
Symptoms that arise before menstruation or premenstrual syndrome (PMS) are often confused with signs of pregnancy. Some of the symptoms of PMS are also similar to early pregnancy symptoms but if you pay attention to them, they are different, some of the symptoms include:
Abdominal cramps, the PMS occurs one to two days before menstruation, while in pregnancy the cramps feel lighter and are in different locations for a relatively longer time
Blood spots where STDs can appear followed by menstrual bleeding whereas in pregnancy it usually occurs 1 week after conception and a few days
Increase in appetite
Feeling tired easily and the body becomes sore more easily
To be sure, an early pregnancy check can be done using a testpack if you feel that your period is too late. And to make sure it can be checked by a doctor, one of which is an ultrasound examination.
Leucorrhoea itself is a common thing where vaginal discharge helps remove dead cells but vaginal discharge can become abnormal if the discharge is accompanied by a change in the amount of fluid, changes in fluid shape, color, smell and if accompanied by additional symptoms such as pain during urination, pain during intercourse sexual or accompanied by abdominal pain. Leucorrhoea itself is also related to several factors such as cleanliness of intimate organs, use of tight clothing, sexual activity and others so that it can vary from one person to another. If there is no abnormal vaginal discharge then it is not a problem but it is better to do periodic examinations such as Pap smear, especially if you are sexually active.
