Pregnancy is a condition when a woman's body undergoes various changes, including significant hormonal changes that affect the psychological and physical condition of a woman. When a woman is pregnant, the uterus will enlarge to adjust to the growing fetus. Of course the condition will affect the size of the stomach. In addition, fat in several parts of the body such as around the abdomen, buttocks, hips, chest, will also increase along with the ongoing pregnancy process.
During pregnancy, the uterus will continue to grow as the fetus develops. Enlargement of the uterus will compress the surrounding organs such as the intestine and rectum which will make pregnant women often constipated, bladder so that they will urinate frequently, stumps and hips due to increased body mass, and pressing the stomach causing pain in the left abdomen or solar plexus. Sitting position will further increase the pressure from the uterus to the surrounding organs, so you feel pain complaints. In addition, an increase in pregnancy hormones can also affect stomach acid. The effect of increased stomach acid is also the reason pregnant women suffer from dyspepsia, which causes symptoms of heartburn, feeling of tightness / full of dperut, rapid satiety, nausea and vomiting.
You do not need to worry, because this condition is normal for pregnant women. The thing you need to do is do a healthy lifestyle, light exercise specifically for pregnant women, meet the needs of balanced nutrition, adequate rest and do activities that are reasonable / not excessive.
Perform regular control to the midwife or to an obstetrician to assess the health condition of your pregnancy and consumption of vitamins / food supplements specifically for pregnant women according to the prescription from your midwife / doctor.
So much information that I can convey, hopefully it helps
