Hello Vani,
Thank you for the question.
Areas of the face that are oily, more sensitive, and prone to breakouts around the forehead, nose, and chin (zone T) can indeed be tricky and difficult to treat. Mistakenly, improper skin care can actually worsen your skin condition. Not only because of the influence of the type of skin and the care taken for the skin, problems on your skin can also occur due to the effects of stress, poor personal hygiene, hormonal fluctuations, exposure to UV rays or other irritants, genetic, drugs consumed or diseases that are suffered, diet, lifestyle, and many other factors.
Ideally, choosing the right type of skin care product for your skin condition needs to be done by going directly to a doctor or dermatologist. It's just that, considering currently COVID-19 outbreak, this examination should be postponed first, unless there are severe conditions.
We suggest that you first do the following natural treatments to improve the condition of your skin:
Diligent shower morning and evening
Choose a mild cleansing soap, non irritating and hypo allergenic, and suitable for sensitive skin types, wash your face 2 times a day then rinse with clean and flowing water
Before the activity, first use a moisturizer and sunblock, don't overuse cosmetics
Avoid holding facial skin with dirty hands
Be diligent in washing your hands with soap and shorten your nails
Do not break or force-pick out pimples or scars
Drink water, eat more vegetables and fruit
Sleep early
Do not stress
Later, if this outbreak has subsided, you can check your skin condition directly to the nearest health facility to find the best solution.
I hope this helps.
