Solution For Joint Pain And Soreness In The Soles Of The Feet?
I know, I want to ask I have joint pain and soreness in the soles of my feet. It’s been almost a week.rnPreviously I had kleo and had a massage at that time I assumed it was healed then tried jogging, presumably 2x with a distance of about 8km. Then the pain suddenly came back until now. What should I do to make this pain go away. Thank you
Hello, thank you for your question.
Plantar fasciitis is a condition characterized by inflammation of the fascia (widening of the muscles) on the sole of the foot. This condition is often found in people who do a lot of walking, standing for long periods of time, or women who use high heels.
The sufferer should take a few days to rest and give the inflamed tissue a chance to heal. NSAIDs / non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs can be given to reduce pain and inflammation, as well as if necessary, small doses of oral corticosteroids or directly injected can be given.
Footwear should be chosen properly, avoid wearing damaged shoes.
Visit a doctor for further examination and management of this condition.
That's all I can say, hopefully useful.
