Solution For Upset Stomach?
, I am female 20th. nI have a habit of eating spicy from a young age, which until adulthood cannot be abandoned, even if there is no chili / boncabe / sauce etc. nNot long ago I felt a sudden chest tightness and a chilling abdominal pain that goes away, comes missing, comes. n At first I thought it was my Spasmophilia who was relapsing but the abdominal pain was different from cramps when Spasmophilia came. nIs this a wound in the stomach? Or why? nThank you.
Hi Noura .. Thank you for the question.
The symptoms you experience like those you experienced above can be caused by stomach upset / stomach ulcers. Heartburn or also called dyspepsia is pain that comes from the stomach, esophagus, or small intestine. The causes can be due to: H. pylori bacterial infection, stomach wall injury, the habit of consuming spicy, sour, fatty foods; consuming lots of soft drinks, caffeine, and smoking.
Symptoms that arise include: pain in the gut area, nausea, vomiting, feeling bloated, belching, feeling full quickly. If you experience the above complaints and feel very disturbing, and there are other complaints such as hot chest, bitter mouth, or blackened bowel movements, then it's a good idea to see a specialist in internal medicine. So that the doctor can do a physical examination directly and if needed can be supported by abdominal ultrasound, endoscopy, and examination of gastric juices to see whether H.pylori bacteria are present. So that the doctor's examination can establish the diagnosis and provide the right treatment.
What you can do:
Avoid spicy, sour, greasy, and eat regularly You can eat smaller portions but more often Avoid psychological stress because stress can also trigger gastric disorders Eat nutritious foods Avoid consuming soft drinks and caffeine You can take antacids before eating for reduce complaints Hopefully useful
