Thank you for asking HealthReplies.com.
The complaint of numb limbs can be caused by various conditions. A history of exercise and injuries experienced can be interrelated or not. Some conditions that might be causing your complaint right now are as follows:
There is injury to the muscles due to overstretch due to exercise done or when falling.
There is a nervous breakdown in the limb area
Inflammation or suppression of blood vessels so that the surrounding blood vessels can cause numbness.
There is interference with the surrounding ligaments. However, this condition can generally be menimbullan or accompanied by pain.
Injury to the bones in the leg area.
The conditions above can be a consideration of the cause of your complaint at this time, but also do not rule out the possibility of other conditions. If you have experienced it for 3 days and there is no improvement, it is advisable to do a direct examination to the doctor. One of them to the orthopedic specialist to be able to do further examination, if necessary there is the presence or absence of x-ray examination or the procedure will be adjusted to the results of the consultation later.
So that I can convey, hopefully useful.
Greetings, Dr. Tiwie
