Solutions For Overcoming Abdominal Pain At 33 Weeks Pregnant?
Good evening. R nI am 33w pregnant, but I often feel pain when the prospective baby moves, what is the solution, is there no problem or what is the explanation?
Thank you for asking HealthReplies.com.
At 33 weeks of gestation, the weight of the fetus in the womb is normally quite large, which is about 1900 to 2000 grams with a length of about 43 to 44 cm. The size of the fetus, which is large enough, can certainly cause pressure on the organs around the uterus which can make the mother feel pain. This is generally very common and experienced by almost all mothers.
Pain can be felt more intense in mothers who have large fetuses, are pregnant with twins, women who have a low pain threshold, or also have certain diseases, such as curvature of the spine, and so on.
You can reduce the pain that appears through the following efforts:
Wear comfortable clothes, not too tight Get enough rest 7 to 8 hours a day Do not bend too much or sleep bending your body Do lots of stretching and pregnancy exercises so that the body is not stiff Compress the body parts that often feel painful using warm water. feels pretty great Eat more regularly with small portions but often, don't eat too close to bedtime. Don't forget, avoid excessive stress or anxiety related to your pregnancy condition. Excessive psychological pressure can actually increase pain.
If the pain feels unbearable, don't hesitate to go to a gynecologist directly.
I hope this helps.
