But everything went easier by times. Since then i had my menses / period quite regularly and normally for two months in a row. What is the impression of stress or tube removal? please explain, and what supplements should be applied. I’ve never had this problem before? always over wet, now i can’t get wet
The vagina produces a certain amount of fluid to lubricates its wall. Vaginal fluid production is controlled by estrogen level in our body. In general, estrogen depletion can cause a decrease in vaginal fluid which then leads to vaginal dryness. Decrease in estrogen level can be caused by:
radiation or chemotherapy
medication to treat uterine fibroids or endometriosis
side effect of antidepressant, allergy or cold medicine
lack of foreplay
Vaginal dryness can also be caused by vaginal infection or urinary tract infection. Tube removal should not lead to vaginal dryness. The best recommendation for you is to try to spend more time on foreplay with your husband, you may use lubricants. Maintain the room in hospitable condition to help you relax and try to manage your psychological stress properly. Seek Gynecologist consultation if those measures do not help at all. The Doctor needs to know further about your symptoms and examine you. Based on this examination, the doctor will provide a suitable treatment for you.
I hope this answer helps.
