Sore Eyes After Getting Facial Cleanser?
Last night I got a facial cleanser (milk cleanser) then I immediately washed it with water, then the pain was gone. But in the morning the eyes feel sore and a little sore, it feels like blinking. Is it okay? And can I use eye drops?
The pain you experience can be caused by several conditions, such as:
Irritation Bacterial infection Stye virus infection, and others
Facial cleansers can cause irritation because the ingredients used are ingredients that should only be used for external skin use, while the eyes are sensitive tissue. The occurrence of infection in the eye either by bacteria or viruses can also cause pain and is usually accompanied by red eyes. Stye can occur either outside or behind the eyelid. The presence of this stye can cause pain in the eye.
What you can do in the meantime:
Keep your eyes clean Avoid rubbing your eyes Use artificial tear drops that can be purchased at a pharmacy according to the rules Avoid using eye drops without a doctor's recommendation
If complaints persist, blurred vision, red eyes and discharge, you can see a doctor for evaluation and appropriate treatment.
I hope this helps
