Sore Throat When Swallowing
Good night, I want to ask !! Two days ago I experienced mild flu symptoms (sneezing and runny flu) + fever and weakness. I cmn drink vit c, diligently drink warm water, and before going to bed and wake up morning gargling with salt water. Just when I woke up I was comfortable, I wasn’t weak anymore, I didn’t sneeze anymore and I didn’t have a fever. But the cold has started to thicken but not very often. “At night my throat started to ache when swallowing the other but was normal. Please answer. Because I was afraid even though I had never been anywhere” or out of town and country but still fear is always there. Thank you !!!
Good morning. Thank you for asking HealthReplies.com.
The condition that you experience can be related to several things such as
Respiratory tract infections by viruses
Infection by bacteria
This condition if you experience symptoms such as fever or cough or sore throat and live in the affected area, you should immediately limit your activities outside and do personal isolation. This aims to prevent transmission to others and prevent yourself from contracting because this affected area has become a mass disease. And during isolation what matters is
Adequate fluid needs around 2 liters per day
Increase consumption of foods with high nutrition
Avoid sneezing or coughing directly into the air
Vitamin supplementation if you need it like vitamin C
Thus information may be useful
