I want to ask .. on the back of my child, the wound appeared as a small initial burn like burning a cigarette but after 2 days the wound was enlarged 2-3cm in diameter, the edges of the wound looked wet and dry in the middle … What caused the wound to appear like that and how is the treatment ??
