Speed up The Healing Process Of Knee Injuries?
I want to ask .. I have a knee injury, torn the ACL and have seen the doctor sp. ot .. what supplements / vitamins / foods are good for consumption to speed up the healing process ?? maybe like drinking more milk or the like ?? for now I’m taking only glucosamine
