, I want to ask, after having sex, the husband has climaxed and there is sperm. when women do not climax conception will occur? and after a few minutes I immediately got up to take a shower, now there was spilled sperm. how is it?
Thank you for asking HealthReplies.com.
Every time you ejaculate, a healthy man will release at least 20 million sperm cells per milliliter of ejaculatory fluid. And, just 1 sperm cell fertilizes an egg to cause pregnancy.
Sexual intercourse that involves penetration and ejaculation in the vagina, whether done when a woman is experiencing climax or not, still has the potential to lead to pregnancy. The potential for pregnancy is the highest if sexual intercourse is carried out during the fertile period (the period around a woman's ovulation). Climax or not will only affect the production of lubricant from the glandular cells around the cervix and vagina. The function of this lubricant is to minimize pain and injury to the birth canal when penetration is carried out. However, not producing this lubricant does not necessarily reduce the potential for pregnancy.
Getting up immediately, taking a shower, and the presence of some of the ejaculatory fluid spilling out of the vagina does not necessarily reduce the potential for pregnancy. The discharge of some of the ejaculatory fluid is a common thing because the ejaculatory fluid will slowly dissolve after it is removed from the male reproductive organs. This condition does not necessarily indicate that no sperm cells have made it into the vagina at all.
For pregnancy detection, you can do a testpack check as a first step. Furthermore, if the test pack result is positive, confirm it with a direct examination with a gynecologist. However, if the results are negative, and you experience a delay in menstruation, the testpack can be repeated at least 3 days after the first testpack was carried out.
Hope it helps ..
