Sperm Always Comes Back After Intercourse?

I really want to get pregnant with my second child, but every time I have sex with my husband, the water comes out, is it possible to get pregnant??
1 Answer:
Dear Yuliana Erna,
Previously did you mean that your partner always releases sperm outside? or after intercourse, sperm out of the vagina?
If you mean always releasing sperm outside, this in medical terms is known as coitus interruptus or interrupted intercourse. In self-interrupted intercourse, the chance of pregnancy is lower, but pregnancy can still occur because the pre-ejaculate fluid itself contains less sperm, so there is still the possibility of fertilization which will lead to pregnancy.
Meanwhile, if what you complain about is the release of sperm from the vagina, then you should not worry too much because this is a natural thing. Where when a man ejaculates, there are lots of sperm contained in it, where later some of the sperm will enter the uterus and the rest can come back out according to gravity.
If you want to have children again, it's a good idea to discuss this with your partner so that planning can be done regarding the program to get pregnant. As for the ways that you can do to speed up the occurrence of pregnancy, among others, by regularly having sex about 3-4 times per week, especially when entering the fertile period. In addition, you can also maintain a healthy diet, do regular exercise, avoid excessive stress, and can also consume milk for planning pregnancy and also folic acid supplements.
