Spots Resembling Blisters And Watering?
Good afternoon, I want to ask you something. I have freckles on my knees and haven’t had them in a long time. This is my first time getting freckles like this. This has happened since yesterday and today this strange spot is getting bigger. I find it difficult to explain in writing, but I have photos for clarity.
Based on the image you attached above, it appears that the spot you are referring to is filled with fluid, resembling a blister. Neither I nor other doctors can confirm the exact cause of your complaint without doing a direct examination. Therefore, it is still recommended that you check with the nearest doctor in your place to get the right treatment.
The following are some of the causes of the appearance of fluid-filled nodules:
body poison or insect bites - in medical language it is called dermatitis venenata, for example due to tomcat body poison
herpes zoster - a reactivation of the virus that causes chickenpox that has healed in the past, usually only affecting one side of the body
herpes simplex - herpes simplex virus infection, usually found around the mouth or genital area
bullous impetigo - a form of bacterial infection of the skin
Each has its own treatment steps. Discuss with the doctor who examined you. While at home, make sure not to touch, scratch, squeeze, or pop the fluid-filled nodule as it can potentially increase irritation and spread infection to healthy areas of the skin.
Hope it's useful
