Still Feels Dizzy And Easily Tired After Typhus?
Excuse me, I’m 23 years old. Fever from friday day. Blood check was last day and was stated tipes. The medicine still works. My question is, why today (Wednesday), I’m still dizzy. Sometimes I was tired, I ran a marathon. Is it still because of my wife? And if the medicine that has been used up (for 5hr) how? Do I have to consult again? thanks.
Good evening, thanks for the question
Typhus fever is an infection of Salmonella bacteria in the digestive tract that attacks part of the intestine. Perceived complaints in the form of abdominal pain accompanied by high fever, nausea and vomiting. The course of this disease is fever and other symptoms that can still be seen until the second to fourth week of illness with a less frequent frequency.
Feeling weak and easily tired also often felt by patients. This condition is one of them due to decreased appetite and exacerbated by nausea and vomiting which naturally causes energy intake to decrease. Because this condition also causes the recovery process to last longer than other types of infectious diseases. In this case treatment with antibiotics can be given for 2-3 weeks as long as there are symptoms, so the patient needs to control the disease routinely until treatment is complete.
To get adequate food intake it is advisable to consume small amounts of food often but even if you are not appetite. There are no restrictions on the type of food, but it is better to consume highly nutritious foods with guaranteed hygiene. You can eat green food, fruit, milk, meat, nuts, seeds and so on. Avoid fizzy foods and alcohol. Get enough rest and do light exercise too.
That's all, hope you can help.
