Stomach Ache After Being Hospitalized For Typhus?
I just got home from hospitalization for 6 days because of typhus when I was in the hospital, I got a bit better, then came to my house to take a shower and moved a bit, then my stomach became painful, did my recurrence or just temporary pain? Thanks.
Hello Raisa, thanks for asking.
Typhoid fever is an infectious disease caused by the bacterium Salmonella typhii. This infection is obtained through food, drink or eating utensils, as well as bacteria-contaminated hands. Symptoms include fever, headache, weakness, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, or constipation, and pain in the stomach. Basically physical activity does not cause infection with typhoid fever.
However, the healing period for typhoid fever generally lasts for several weeks. If at that time you are not resting optimally, then your digestive function will be disrupted again. This is related to your immune system which is not yet perfect. Therefore, you should take optimal rest at this time. Of course you can do your daily activities if you are still in a light stage. Also pay attention to your drink food intake, to match the advice of the treating doctor.
We wish you a speedy recovery. Regards.
