Hello …. “!!! I am a man of 39 years old this morning after breakfast I have a heavy activity that is climbing the walls of the 2nd floor at home, up to 2-3 times up and down, interval of 30 min after abdominal activity I was very painful all over the abdomen until this afternoon … guess why my stomach huh …? Please advise and explanation … thank you Doctor.
Good evening, thanks for asking at HealthReplies.com. The condition that you are experiencing, most likely occurs because your abdominal muscles are forced to work too hard suddenly. In daily activities, actually a lot of simple movements that we do that utilize abdominal muscles, such as waking up from sleep. So if you climb the wall several times, surely your stomach muscles will be very used. This is natural, just like your legs that hurt after exercising run after a long absence.
The worry is that if the pain is unbearable, accompanied by fever, or other symptoms that are very disturbing. If so, then the best step is to check with the emergency room to confirm the diagnosis and treatment. But if that's not the case, there's nothing to worry about, and your stomach will improve by itself as the muscles recover. You can try to compress it with warm compresses, and limit the activity and not do the movements that trigger pain. So, hopefully answering your question.
