Hello

Thank you for using the HealthReplies.com consulting service
Abdominal pain at the bottom that feels when you want to pass gas / fart can be caused by disorders of the large intestine or rectum. Disorders that can occur include stools that harden stool so that air is difficult to remove, disruption of the intestinal wall due to infection or inflammation, polyps in the large intestine or rectal polyps, the presence of a lump or mass in the intestine, internal hemorrhoids / hemorrhoids, or the influence of disturbances in organs around especially the reproductive organs and urinary tract. More complete data is needed related to other complaints that are felt. How long has the stomach pain been felt, is it accompanied by other complaints such as fever, nausea, vomiting, bloating, difficult bowel movements, changes in bowel patterns, bloody stools, urinary disorders, etc. Further evaluation is needed to assess the exact cause of the complaint you are feeling.
Related to your menstrual cycle, generally irregular menstrual cycles are caused by hormonal influences.
Menstruation is a period of decay of the uterine lining that occurs periodically. The decay is triggered by the influence of the hormones estrogen and progesterone which regulate the female reproductive system. Keep in mind that a woman's menstruation is closely related to reproductive hormone fluctuations. Reproductive hormone production is related to several factors including the level of stress / psychological, fatigue / usual activities carried out, nutrition consumed, environmental influences and the body's own health condition.
Menstrual cycles normally occur in the range of 25 - 35 days, counting from the first day of the current menstruation to the first day of the next menstruation.
Menstrual cycles are governed by hormonal regulations which are influenced by various factors mentioned earlier. Your diet or diet also has the potential to influence hormone levels, because nutrition also plays an important role in regulating hormones in the body. You don't need to worry because most irregular menstrual cycles are physiological / normal processes due to hormonal imbalances in the body.

Abdominal pain that you feel can be related to your menstrual cycle that is not smooth. Generally disorders of the reproductive organs such as endometritis, pelvic inflammatory disease, ovarian or endometrial cysts, etc.
You do not need to worry, To help reduce your complaint, the following things you can do, namely:

Eat healthy and nutritious foods Increase consumption of vegetables and fruit Try to consume foods high in fiber Carry out a food diet with adequate nutritional balance Adequate water needs Increase rest Avoid stress and fatigue Avoid smoking and alcohol consumption Regular exercise Maintain ideal body weight If your abdominal pain feel does not get better, you should check with the nearest doctor or the obstetrician directly to be evaluated so that the cause can be known and management can be given. So much information that I can convey, hopefully it helps
