Hello Alifa, thank you for asking HealthReplies.com
Heartburn or medically referred to as dyspepsia syndrome, is a collection of symptoms in the form of discomfort in the solar plexus or stomach in the form of pain, heat due to several conditions. The conditions in question include open sores on the inner lining of the stomach (peptic ulcers), bacterial infection of Hicicobacter pylori, side effects of the use of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), and stress.
Actually this heartburn is not a disease but a collection of symptoms. These symptoms make the sufferer uncomfortable, such as:
Burning and burning sensation in the upper abdomen Bloating or feeling full or full of nausea and vomiting Frequent belching Seing gas (fart). Reflux (the return of food or fluids from the stomach to the esophagus) is felt like there is a sensation that rises to the esophagus and the chest feels hot. CHAPTER becomes liquid or diarrhea Easily satiated despite eating a little. However, dyspepsia syndrome or heartburn does not make the stomach appear flat.
But if you have problems with stomach acid, it should be treated based on the cause, now most heartburn is harmless and can be treated alone. There are a number of steps you can take to prevent heartburn. These steps include:
Consumption of food in small portions but often eat slowly and chew food until smooth before swallowing. Avoid foods that contain high levels of acid, such as oranges and tomatoes. Limit your consumption of caffeinated beverages. Limit your consumption of spicy, fatty, oily or high-fiber foods. Don't lie down or sleep after eating. Don't smoke. Rest enough. Control stress. Avoid taking drugs that cause stomach pain.
