Stomach Aches To The Lower Back After A Miscarriage?
Hello, 2 days ago I had a spontaneous miscarriage at 3 months and 2 weeks. Before the fetus comes out the amniotic fluid ruptures on its own, after that the fetus comes out and there is mild bleeding to this day. Complaints that I feel aching in my lower back, breast pain feels like swelling, stomach pains but does not ache if it is shaken. No dizziness or nausea. I did not dare to see a doctor because I was still traumatized. It is recommended that my parents drink green coconut water and herbs like turmeric acid to clean up the miscarriage. Are the things I feel above reasonable?
Hello, thank you for the question to HealthReplies.com
Basically every woman who has a miscarriage must get a deep examination and also an ultrasound to see if indeed all the pregnancy tissue has come out or there is still left. The symptoms that you are experiencing right now are still classified as a normal symptom that occurs after a miscarriage, but you should still do a doctor's examination to ensure the above. The existence of the remaining pregnancy tissue can cause continuous bleeding from the vagina, and can cause infection in your uterus if left unchecked. Therefore, you should immediately consult a doctor to make sure.
If indeed you are traumatized to go to the doctor because of one thing or another done by your doctor that is not pleasing to your heart, you can go to another obstetrician to check yourself.
You may consume green coconut or turmeric acid, but the consumption of both of them still cannot ensure that all the pregnancy tissues will be clean. Make sure you don't douche or wash and soak your vagina in certain herbs because this can increase the risk of infection in your reproductive tract.
So much information from me, hopefully enough answer
