Hello. Thank you for the question on HealthReplies.com.
Your condition can be premenstrual syndrome (PMS (premenstrual syndrome). PMS is a combination of physical and psychological symptoms that occur in women after ovulation (discharge of eggs from the egg bladder). Symptoms that can be experienced are headache, lower abdominal pain, nausea, breast pain, mood changes such as irritability or irritability. Sometimes this condition can be aggravated by stress or physical fatigue.
At the time of approaching menstruation, vaginal fluid produced will be more and can be white, so that more vaginal discharge and discolored than usual.
So, the condition that you are experiencing right now can be a normal reaction due to hormonal influences before menstruation.
However, other conditions can also underlie complaints of pain in your lower abdomen, for example:
Urinary tract infection
Pelvic inflammatory disease
Twisted ovarian cyst
Pregnancy outside the womb
Urinary tract stones
As for vaginal discharge, it can also be caused by other possibilities which are diseases, namely:
Fungal, bacterial, or vaginal parasitic infections
Early symptoms of cervical malignancy.
If complaints bother you, and persist even until your menstruation is over, you should check your condition to the obstetrician to be examined directly. If necessary the doctor will do an ultrasound to track the cause and provide your treatment appropriately.
As for what you should do:
Limit caffeine consumption. Avoid cigarettes and alcohol
Consumption of nutritious foods
Consume enough warm water
Gently massage the area of the painful stomach
Maintain hygiene in the female area
Dry the female area after every urination or bowel movements
That's all the explanation from me, hopefully it helps and useful :)
