Stomach Cramps Back After Intercourse After A Miscarriage Without Curettage?
, 2 weeks ago I had a miscarriage without a curette, the age of the pregnancy was about 1 month, more or less for 4 days after that I bled a lot of blood and also the fetus. After more than a week there was no vaginal discharge without any symptoms whatsoever. But in the last 3 days I returned to experience severe abdominal cramps without bleeding, before I had intercourse because I thought 2 weeks was enough for me to re-do it. Why are you having stomach cramps like this? What is the solution
Hello Vinna, thank you for asking with HealthReplies.com.
Usually if you have a miscarriage obstetrician / obgyn will do a physical examination and supporting examinations (such as ultrasound) in advance to find out whether it needs to be done or not. If the entire contents of the uterus have come out of the uterus (complete abortion), it is usually permissible without doing a curette.
In most cases of miscarriage, at gestational age is still less than 10 weeks, generally fetal tissue or placenta that is left in the uterus will come out naturally within one or two weeks.
If you experience heavy bleeding or bleeding that lasts a long time, severe stomach cramps, high fever, fluid coming out of the vagina that smells, you should immediately consult with your obstetrician / obgyn. The doctor will later do an interview, some physical examination, or additional examination (example: USG), to find out the cause of the complaint you feel.
The doctor will then give you therapy / treatment in accordance with the results of the examination conducted / in accordance with your current condition.
