Stomach Feels Bloated And Painful When Pressed?
, I am 22 years old and unmarried. For the past few days my stomach has been hard, distended, and bloated, I often hear a sound in my stomach even though I have eaten. Is this a sign of pregnancy or something else? I did a testpack on January 11th and the result was negative, then I had my period the next day. But my stomach still feels full and hard, distended and a little painful when pressed. I also have no appetite. I wonder how?
The stomach feels hard, distended and bloated, usually there is a problem or disorder in the digestive tract. Usually this symptom of flatulence is also often accompanied by the following symptoms:
stomach feels full, tight
pain in stomach
full of gas in the stomach
often feel like peeing
Things that can be a risk factor for feeling bloated and bloated include:
irregular eating pattern
swallowing air when eating or drinking
eat too fast
bacterial infection in the intestine
chronic intestinal disorders: irritable bowel syndrome
Some things you can do:
taking stomach acid-lowering drugs such as antacids or sucralfate
don't eat late
regular diet, little but often
avoid gassy foods: cabbage, jackfruit, durian, noodles, soda
avoid sleeping too late
Given the many possible causes if your symptoms do not reduce with the above treatment and continue, you should consult your doctor further so that an immediate examination can be carried out and perhaps additional examinations are needed to determine the cause.
Hopefully useful, thank you
