Stomach Feels Very Sore, Continued Hunger And Body Weakness?
Hello doctor, my name is Simon. 24 years old. I really am not sick / look like a sick person but I want to say a little about the symptoms that I experienced: My medical history is stomach disease. I often pass gas even when I was sick from last year until now. Sometimes aches in all parts of the body, there appear spots like pimples on the head, my back feels very itchy and when I scratch my back it becomes very red and my neck hairs always stand up. In the stomach I feel very sore, hunger continues and the body is weak, the eyes feel hot, dry nose, and when urinating urine is always foamy and the color is cloudy. Although I have gastric pain, I often consume alcohol too. Do these symptoms have anything to do with stomach pain or are there other illnesses that are giving up on my body?
Hello, thank you for the question to HealthReplies.com
The symptoms you mentioned actually do not lead to one specific disease specifically. For example, symptoms of flatulence, frequent urination, stomach pain, frequent hunger, can be related to disorders of your stomach, can be related to your alcohol consumption, can also be caused by other things such as consumption of foods that are too spicy, acidic, or gassy , peptic ulcer, gastritis, constipation, lactose intolerance, IBS, etc. Symptoms such as the appearance of pimples on the head can be caused by infections in your scalp such as folliculitis or ulcers. Itching on the back can be caused by dry skin, prickly heat, skin infections such as bacterial, viral, or fungal infections, contact dermatitis, seborrheic dermatitis, psoriasis, etc.
The symptom that seems most alarming right now is your urinary disorders. If indeed your urine always looks cloudy and foamy, you should immediately consult a doctor so that further examination can be done on your urine. These symptoms can indicate an infection in the urinary tract or a lot of protein released in the urine (which indicates a disruption in the kidneys). Therefore, the examination should not be delayed.
So much information from me, hopefully enough answer
