Stomach Pain To The Bottom Of The Vagina, Is It Pregnant?
I want to ask my wife yesterday after having sex after 3 days she felt stomach ache and right on top of her Miss V it also hurt and kept spotting even though it was the first night and I haven’t released sperm in my wife’s womb, is my wife pregnant or not, maybe it’s also the cause other?
Thank you for asking HealthReplies.com.
Abdominal pain to the upper pubic area accompanied by spotting of blood from the genitals does not always mean that you are pregnant. If you are sure that you have never ejaculated in your wife's vagina, of course the potential for this pregnancy will be very small.
More likely, the abdominal pain to genitals accompanied by spotting that your wife is experiencing occurs as part of the usual pre menstrual syndrome. This pain arises due to contractions of the uterine muscles in removing menstrual blood which causes the squeeze of the blood vessels that supply the uterus. As a result, the uterine cells will experience hypoxia and cause pain. The blood stains that come out as a result of menstruation generally will gradually come out more and more in the next few days.
It could also, apart from regular menstruation, pain and blood spots that your wife is experiencing occurs due to other factors, for example:
Injury to the reproductive organs, for example the labia minora, labia majora, hymen
Endometriosis (abnormal growth of endometrial tissue outside the uterus, which can be in the fallopian tubes, ovaries, pelvic cavity, cervix, or vagina)
Uterine polyps (benign tumors originating from the uterine mucosa)
Pelvic inflammation (inflammation of the uterus, fallopian tubes, and ovaries)
Sex organ infections, and so on
As long as the pain is under control, and the blood stains are not too much, this condition is generally not dangerous. You can teach your wife to deal with her complaints in the following steps:
Compress the painful stomach and genitals using a warm compress
Limit excessive activities first
Wear comfortable pants
Take paracetamol to reduce pain
If you want to have sex, first do adequate foreplay so that enough vaginal lubrication is produced and there is no injury and pain to your wife's reproductive organs.
Always keep the genitals and the surrounding area clean
Always live a healthy lifestyle and sexual activity
However, if the complaint still does not improve within 1 to 3 days after undergoing the steps above, you should ask your wife to have her complaint checked directly to a doctor or obstetrician so that it is given the best treatment.
I hope this helps.
