Substitute Breakfast Rice With Bread?
In the afternoon, I was a teenager aged 19 years. If I was late eating, I felt dizzy and a bit nauseous, but never felt stomach pain like an ulcer, was my condition because of an ulcer? Then I also want to ask, why when I replace breakfast rice into bread + jam, I still feel hungry & conditions like not eating (nausea, dizziness)? How can I switch my breakfast from rice to bread?
Hello, thank you for asking at HealthReplies.com
Nausea that arises before eating or on an empty stomach can be a sign of disturbances in the stomach such as dyspepsia, ulcers, or GERD. And one of the treatments is to maintain a regular and healthy diet.
Dietary changes are not a problem as long as calorie needs are still met and in accordance with the portion that you normally consume. For example, if you normally consume 1 portion of rice as much as 1 plate, and then you replace it with 1-2 pieces of bread, of course you will still feel hungry because the number of calories you eat is less than usual.
In the meantime, to prevent complaints that you experience:
Eat more often with small portions
Not late eating
Increase fluid intake
Increase fiber intake such as fruits and vegetables
So much information from me, hopefully it helps
