Suddenly Blurry Vision?
Permission to ask, so since last Monday my right eye suddenly became blurry when I woke up (previously I stayed up late doing my homework using my laptop) the blur is not blurry like an alley. Refraction, because I can still read clearly, the blur is like cloudy / not clear. On Friday, the complaint got a little worse, I went to an eye specialist, and he said he was tired, but if it got worse, he came again and I was given 4 drugs (bio atp, diclofenac sodium, eye bright, potassium iodide drops). Now on Sundays, I think the complaints are getting a bit worse (reading the writing on the cellphone is difficult as there are bright shadows covering it) and there are also black objects moving around. What are my complaints?
Hi Ibn Ananta,
Thank you for your question. Need to clarify how old are you now, and have you previously had refractive errors or other eye diseases? And have you ever had a history of falls or head injuries? Or are you currently taking certain drugs?
From the complaints you conveyed, at first it was like complaints of tired eyes, and the medicine given by your eye doctor was enough to handle these complaints. But in a short time, the complaints that you feel like increasing blur and the presence of moving black objects can be caused by:
retinal detachment (removal of the retinal layer) glaucoma diabetic retinopathy for that you should return to an ophthalmologist for further examination. It's best not to delay getting yourself checked, avoid straining or lifting heavy weights for a while.
May be useful,
