Hello doctor, I’m a 21-year-old angel student. Every time I am exposed to problems, I feel very stressed, guilty, always thinking I want to die sometimes until I think of suicide. But indeed I hurt myself several times. Every time there is a problem my mood can be unstable for weeks, until I don’t want to do anything, don’t want to do activities until stress drags on. But I feel things to this extent in my opinion only a few times, but to feel suicidal as a child already. Now, again. Am I having a mental problem?
