Hi Daniel,
Thank you for the question.
Excessive sweating during sleep can occur naturally, for example if your bedroom is not well ventilated, if you wear tight and hot clothing while sleeping, or if you have experienced certain dreams that stimulate your adrenaline.
It could also be that you sweat excessively due to other causes, such as hormonal disorders (for example due to hyperthyroidism, diabetes, adrenal gland disorders), viral or bacterial infections, inflammatory disorders (for example due to rheumatoid arthritis, lupus), psychological disorders (for example excessive anxiety disorders, delusional disorders), heart problems (for example due to valve abnormalities and heart rhythm, weak heart), nerve disorders (for example due to multiple sclerosis, stroke), and so on.
The conditions above are mild and do not require special handling, but some are the opposite. To improve, you can first try to do the following:
When sleeping, wear loose, comfortable clothing that absorbs sweat
Make sure you do enough relaxation so that you sleep better quality, for example by meditating, worshiping, massage, or drinking a glass of warm water
Condition your bedroom so it is not hot
Do not take any drugs or supplements without doctor's advice
If with the steps above your complaint does not improve for a long time, or if there is a heart palpitations, high fever for more than 3 days, weight loss drastically, shortness, and other complaints are more severe, do not hesitate to check yourself directly to the doctor or doctor of disease in order to be given further treatment according to the cause huh ..
I hope this helps.
