Swollen Gum Gums Attached To A Dental Bridge?
good afternoon doctor,
Swelling or bumps on the ceiling / gums attached to the bridge of the teeth may occur due to inflammation or infection. This could be due to poor hygiene or improper way of brushing teeth, inappropriate contact between the bridge and the tooth supporting tissue (periodontal tissue), teeth where the bridge was installed with cavities, or caused by other things such as hormonal gingivitis , abscesses in the gums and so on.
Given the possibilities are quite a lot, you should immediately go to the dentist so that the symptoms can be treated. If it is caused because the dentist will fix it. If it is caused by an infection then the doctor will treat it with cleaning and antibiotics, if there are cavities that will be patched, and so forth. You should not delay it so that it does not gain weight.
Hopefully this is useful,
