Spotting of blood vessels can be caused by abnormalities of blood vessels or is only caused by a birthmark that the baby has. Unfortunately to find out for sure a direct visual examination is needed to identify whether it is an abnormality or not.
Vascular disorders such as hemangiomas, often found in infants. Its characteristics are in the form of bumps purplish or reddish in the face area or other body parts. This condition is a type of benign tumor and therapy can be done to eliminate it.
Another condition is spider navi which is a type of blood vessel disorders in the form of spotting like a cobweb on the skin surface. This does not endanger health. Besides the bluish color can also be caused by birthmarks in infants or capillaries on the surface of the skin.
As long as no complaints are found that bother the baby, don't widen, don't feel pain, then you don't need to worry.
I suggest you to do a direct examination to a dermatologist to get complete information and evaluation.
So much information that I can convey, hopefully it helps
