Good afternoon, I am 18 years old naisha. In recent times when I have to deal with many people I suddenly feel scared too panic or anxiety, it feels shortness of breath, nausea, even my hands are trembling. I even sadly hurt my arm with my nails because I held my hand trembling strongly. Before I had never been like this before, I was actively dancing in public, participating in many dance contests too. I also feel that I have no appetite. I lost weight. Do I have a panic disorder / anxiety disorder?
