Taking Different Types Of Stomach Medicine Simultaneously?
hello .. is it permissible after taking stomach medicine. omeprazole 20 mg and sucraflate and sanmol forte taken together?
Hello, thank you for the question to HealthReplies.com
These drugs should not be taken simultaneously. Although no harmful interactions are found, concurrent consumption can cause interference with the absorption of the drug from each other. You should consume Omeprazole and sucralfate on an empty stomach. Take Omeprazole 30 minutes before you consume sucralfate, and consume sucralfate 1-2 hours before you eat. While paracetamol consumption should be given a distance of at least 2 hours before or 2 hours after sucralfate consumption. Paracetamol may be taken before or after meals.
If you are unclear about how to consume drugs given by your doctor, you can ask the pharmacy directly where you buy the drug (pharmacy can re-read the prescription drugs given by your doctor) and if there are no clear instructions on how to taking the drug, your pharmacy can call back the doctor who examined you to get a more complete explanation regarding how to consume the drug.
So much information from me, hopefully enough answer
