The Accident Caused A Broken Front Tooth?
At noon, my tooth was broken in the front, the broken 3 was 1 otek, the broken 2 had been treated like in a tooth and then taken a white sheet so then in a patch, so did the otek become no longer otek, the question now that the otek was drinking / eat cold / hot now pain how to treat it huh?
Hello Sarah, thank you for the question to HealthReplies.com
Teeth have strong layers on the outside that have a function to protect the inside (dental pulp) which contains nerves and blood vessels. If the outer layer is cracked or broken, the pulp of the teeth can become easier to feel pain when there is exposure to hot food or drinks, or consumption of foods or drinks that are too sour and too sweet. Parts of your broken tooth may have been innervated so the teeth are no longer able to feel pain. But the only cracked part that is not taken nerves can still feel pain.
If indeed the pain is very disturbing, you can consult back to the dentist. Some things you can do to help reduce pain include:
Avoid consuming foods and drinks that are too hot, too cold, too acidic or too sweet. Brush your teeth with a soft bristled toothbrush, use toothpaste made specifically for sensitive teeth and contain fluoride. Avoid biting food that is too hard with the injured tooth. Avoid the habit of grinding your teeth
So much information from me, hopefully enough answer
