THE AGENCY ALWAYS FEELS PEGAL?
good afternoon, I am 28 years old, after giving birth 5 months ago, and my body weight has increased, now my bb is 61kg, 155 cm tb, after eating it feels sleepy, sometimes at 9 or 10 am I feel sleepy, does it affect the bb me? thanks
Thank you for the question.
Feeling achy, always sleepy, and other complaints can be felt by mothers who have just given birth. Unconsciously, this can affect the mother's condition. This can be influenced by several factors, such as stress, dehydration, lack of sleep, lack of nutrition and vitamins, or the presence of certain medical conditions such as anemia, fibromyalgia, maupunchronic fatigue syndrome, which is a condition in which the body does not feel refreshed even after getting enough rest .
Basically, weight gain while not exceeding the normal limit does not really have an effect on aches and drowsiness. This can be improved by improving lifestyle, such as eating healthy and nutritious foods, reducing fried foods, meeting minimum fluid needs of 2-3L per day, managing stress, getting enough sleep (if you have a baby, you can do tricks by participating sleep when the baby is also sleeping), adequate rest, and regular physical activity.
Hopefully this information can help.
