The Ankles To The Soles Of The Feet Are Painful And Electrocuted When Exposed To Water?
My feet from the ankles to the soles of the feet feel stiff and painful when contacted with water like electrocuted why?
Pain in the soles of the feet can be caused by various causes such as:
Use of uncomfortable footwear
Heavy physical activities such as strenuous exercise, lifting weights and more
Problems with the joints such as inflammation of the joints, injury, the appearance of a bunion or a lump in the bone in the joint in the sole of the foot
Injuries such as sprains, strained muscles, impact and others
Joint diseases such as gout
For this reason some efforts can be made to reduce the symptoms of pain that arise by taking pain relievers such as paracetamol or topical medication, compressing the painful part with cold or warm compresses, using comfortable footwear both in size and also soft footwear, avoid using the right height, lifting heavy loads, and also limit heavy physical activity. If the complaint does not improve or get worse and there are signs of inflammation then consult a doctor directly to find out the cause and given the right treatment.
