The emergence of a skin rash in the form of bumps or red spots like what you have basically the causes can be various, such as:
Irritation or allergic reactions Eczema Scabies Viral or bacterial infection Insect bites or Miliaria mites / prickly heat Folliculitis (inflammation of the hair root canals)
Treatment that is right for you, of course, must be adjusted to the underlying cause, so an examination is needed to determine the cause. If the complaint persists, you should see a doctor so that the skin rash that arises can be examined directly / face to face. Thus, the cause can be identified and given the appropriate treatment.
The following are suggestions you can do:
If the itching is annoying you can use calamine lotion to relieve itching Avoid scratching or squeezing the bumps that arise Cold compresses can help reduce itching Maintain skin hygiene Change and wash clothes, towels and bed linen regularly Avoid sharing personal items such as towels, clothes, blankets or bed sheets with other people
