The tear duct that connects to the nasal cavity is called the lacrimal duct. Disorders of this channel are generally more characterized by a buildup of eye discharge which causes the eyes to become watery frequently and secrete abnormal secretions (belekan).
The appearance of black spots around the eyes, or more often termed panda eyes, is actually not directly related to this channel disorder. The possibility of these black spots appear due to the following factors:
