Hello sriwanda,

Thank you for the question.

Covid-19 is a disease caused by coronavirus infection. This disease attacks the respiratory tract and usually gives symptoms such as high fever (body temperature more than 38 degrees Celsius) accompanied by coughing, runny nose, sore throat, and in advanced conditions causing shortness of breath. This disease is transmitted through droplets or airway splash products such as saliva, sputum, or sneezing.

There are several other possibilities that can cause complaints that you feel, such as:

Common cold.
Myalgia
Dysmenorrhoea.
Psychosomatic disorders.

In addition, things that need to be considered from the disease covid-19 is a history of traveling abroad or being in an area in the country affected by this disease and also a history of contact with people who are positive covid-19. You can check your covid-19 risk on the following page.

The following recommendations that you should do to reduce symptoms:

Get plenty of rest and avoid going outdoors for 14 days to reduce your risk of exposure to the virus.
Wash your hands regularly with soap and water or sanitizer.
Take pain relievers and dizziness such as paracetamol.
Take vitamin supplements to maintain immunity.
Fulfilling nutrition needs and 2-3 liters of water per day.
Manage stress well.
Routine exercise 3-5x per week.

Hopefully this information can help and hopefully your condition gradually improves.

Regards.
