Hello Nabila,

Thank you for asking HealthReplies.com.

The body feels stiff, dizzy, nausea, vomiting, until fainting there are many possible causes, some are mild, some are dangerous. Here are some of the most common possibilities for these complaints:

Hormonal fluctuations, for example just before menstruation or young pregnancy

Dyspepsia (increased stomach acid)

Migraine (throbbing headache that arises due to neurovascular disorders in the brain)

Vertigo (dizziness spinning due to disturbance in the center of balance in the brain or inner ear)
Infections, such as tetanus, typhus, meningitis, urinary tract infections, digestive infections
Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar)
Hypotension (low blood pressure)
Impaired electrolyte balance, for example potassium, sodium, magnesium
Psychological disorders, for example due to panic attacks, excessive anxiety disorders
Kidney disorders, thyroid gland, liver, and so on

You should check your complaint directly to a doctor or a specialist in internal medicine to have a comprehensive examination, for example laboratory, ultrasound, x-rays, and so on. That way, the treatment can be given by the doctor on target according to the underlying disease.

For now, you can first do the following steps:

Eat more regularly 4 to 6 hours
First reduce foods that worsen nausea, for example foods that are sour, spicy, fatty, gassed, oily, caffeinated drinks
Do not smoke or consume alcoholic beverages
Enough sleep and regular
Not taking drugs carelessly
Do not always physical activity too heavy

Hope this helps ...
