The Body Is Still Limp After Suffering From Typhus?
In the afternoon I want to ask, one week ago I experienced typoid based on the results of the lab examination and the doctor prescribed medicine … but now I still feel weak, especially when my legs are limp and sometimes like tingling. Please enlighten me. Trms
Hello Dedi, Thank you for the question.
Body weakness can occur while you are still experiencing a period of healing from an illness. It is normal if a week ago you were diagnosed with typhus (typhoid fever). Apart from the healing period of a disease, weakness can also be caused by dehydration, anemia, weather changes, malnutrition, difficulty sleeping, and others. Your psychological condition (anxiety, depression, and high stress levels) can also cause complaints of weakness, but not real weakness. Since you are still recovering, these complaints will get better with time.
Please do the following suggestions:
Consume at least 2 liters of water per day
multiply the consumption of nutritious foods
manage stress well
continue taking the medicine recommended by the doctor
You can do daily activities gradually until your health condition recovers
If this complaint persists after the next 1 week or gets worse, please go back to your doctor for further tests.
Hopefully this information is useful.
