Hello doctor, I want to ask. Why do I always feel depressed every day, uneasy, excessive anxiety, panic, and the worst thing is I don’t know how to interact socially, how to talk to people I don’t know, don’t want to look me in the eye, sweat every time I talk to new people , so bad I only have 1-2 people in class and strangely enough when I have a lot of friends I always feel no friends and feel alone all the time even though a lot of people who ask to talk to me and every time I come home from school I always feel no friends, depression, and negative thinking. And I also laugh almost every day and laugh loudly and loose but there is no funny and I feel dissatisfied and not happy every time I laugh and I am still 16 years old, in fact there are still many more just afraid to be too long.
