Good afternoon. I once worked in an environment that made me very uncomfortable. I have had some unpleasant and stressful treatments. While working I have several times thought it would be better to die. Even after I resigned I still dreamed of working there with that unpleasant atmosphere. I feel scared when I remember the incident even if there is a song that always plays when I work I always remember and be afraid. I feel I was always overshadowed by the incident. Is this trauma? And if so, do I need to get treatment from a psychiatrist? thank you
