The Cause Is Always Vomiting When Eating Fruit?
Hello, I am a student in high school. I want to tell you that I have never eaten fruit from my childhood. Any fruit. My mother said that when I was a toddler I still often fed me fruits that were mashed, but one day I threw up when fed and it continues to this day. Even when there is a smell of fruit I can vomit. That’s because of what? Are there any illnesses or mental problems that cause me to reject all fruits?
Hello Naftali, thank you for asking
Actually, the fruit contains many vitamins and minerals that are important for the body. Fruit also contains fructose which is a source of energy. Some fruits also contain fat which is good for body growth. Indeed, someone should regularly consume fruits and vegetables for optimal body function. Antioxidants contained in many fruits are also very necessary to prevent and repair cell damage.
However, some people do not like fruits and vegetables. This is a person's taste, just as someone prefers to eat certain meat. Eating tastes may be related to past experiences, emotional and psychological conditions, or certain physical conditions. Of course we cannot just know if there is a cause from your physical or psychological. You can try certain fruits until you find a fruit that does not cause nausea. Eat little by little until you get used to it. If you cannot overcome this problem, it doesn't hurt to consult a psychologist or psychiatrist. Psychologists will help find the root cause and then do counseling gradually. Try to plant positive thoughts that fruit is good for you.
Hopefully this explanation can help you a little. Regards.
