The Cause Is Often Belching, The Chest Feels Hot And Worried Whether The Corona Virus?

Morning Doc, I want to ask, it’s been 3 days that I feel a fever at night and at dawn, but my body temperature isn’t hot. I also often belching after drinking atw eat even if only a little, occasionally often heat the chest. I feel this since the rise of information about Corona Virus there is anxiety and pretentious. I also often cold sweat, especially in the neck both hot and cold weather. My question is the doc, do I feel that this is a psychosomatic symptom, or is there another disease or maybe I’m experiencing one of the symptoms of the corona virus?

Hello Ishak, thank you for asking at HealthReplies.com.
COVID-19 which is currently raging could have caused anxiety in someone especially with the rampant reporting in various media. But you don't need to be afraid, but you must be vigilant. Regarding how to prevent being infected with COVID-19 you can read this article.
Excessive anxiety can cause physical complaints such as headaches, feeling fever, nausea, and so on. All of these conditions are known as psychosomatic. Excessive anxiety can also cause an increase in stomach acid which can cause symptoms often belching, nausea, bloating, until the chest feels hot
But to find out whether this is really psychosomatic or a symptom of an illness certainly needs to be done a thorough examination ranging from physical examination and mental status to additional examinations that support. Therefore it is better if you immediately contact a psychiatrist / psychiatrist for further examination and treatment.
For that, a number of things you can do right now are:
Manage your stress well
Divert your worries to the things you like
Do relaxation or meditation
Minimize reading news
Always pray and get closer to God
So, hopefully useful.
