The Cause Is Often Feeling Sad, Insomnia And Anxiety?
Hello doctor, I’m light. I am a high school student and I’m 17 years old. During this one month I found it difficult to sleep, and restless. I feel that my mood has been very down lately. I became often cry, easily offended, and sensitive. I feel like ‘worthless’ and have no enthusiasm. Lately my weight has dropped dramatically and I really have no appetite. For 1 week more I only eat rice 2x besides that I prefer to sleep and be alone. I feel like I’m useless and “madesu” because of some things I’ve experienced. I feel traumatized and haunted by the past and memories that are less wearing. So that I lack of sleep and easily dizzy from thinking too much. What am I going through? And what should I do? Thank you
