1 Answer:

Hello Aurelia,

Thank you for the question.

Acne occurs due to inflammation of the pilosebaceous glands in the skin. These inflammation triggers can be many, such as due to hormonal fluctuations, the use of inappropriate skin care products, poor skin hygiene, stress, genetics, bacterial infections, and so on. So far, there have been no adequate clinical trials that prove that consumption of the products you mentioned is indeed 100% effective in treating acne. Therefore, we do not recommend that you take them without consulting a doctor.

Pimples that become runny or purulent usually cannot improve with natural treatments. This condition should be checked directly to a doctor or dermatologist. Depending on the severity, your doctor may give you several types of ointments, creams, facial wash soap, moisturizers, sunscreens, or may also lead you to undergo special medical procedures, such as dermabrasion, peeling, photodynamic therapy, and so on. Before going to the doctor, we do not recommend that you carelessly use drugs or any product carelessly, so that your skin condition does not get worse.

In addition to seeing a doctor, you also need to do the following steps to improve your acne:

Wash your face morning and evening with a mild cleansing soap specially formulated anti acne
Do not squeeze a pimple, let alone sloughing or gouging it
Do not hold facial skin with dirty hands
Before the activity, use a moisturizer and sunscreen first
Protect skin from direct exposure to sunlight, dust, pollution, and other substances that are prone to trigger inflammation
Drink more water
Sleep early, don't stay up late
Don't think too much
Be more diligent in eating fruits and vegetables that are good for nourishing the skin from the inside

Hope this helps ...
